Welcome Sign
The welcome sign announces the name of the happy couple and can be placed at the entryway of your venue.
Printed in eco‑friendly ink in your choice of classic colors, it coordinates with any color scheme.
The elegant matte finish is mounted on a light, sturdy foam board and arrives ready to display on a standard easel.
Finished size: 20" x 30" with large, easy-to-read type, guiding your guests effortlessly to the celebration.
Seating Chart
The matching seating chart is a more graceful way to provide seating information to your special guests, without the need to fumble with tiny cards.
The easy-to-read font, color-coordinated with the welcome sign, can display up to 20 tables with a maximum of 8 names per table. We are happy to create additional seating charts if needed.
The seating chart measures 20" x 30" and is mounted on the same sturdy, lightweight foam board as the welcome sign. It’s printed in the same eco-friendly colors on a velvety matte surface to avoid glare and improve readability.
Table Numbers
Table number cards are ready for insertion in standard holders. Each card measures 5" x 7" and is printed to match the welcome sign.
The font is elegant and easy to read from a distance. Cards are printed on both sides for visibility from every angle. Your guests will find their table with ease and grace.
Important Note: The Wedding Suite does not include easels or number holders.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refund after 48 hours of submitting order. These are custom made just for you and can not be cancelled after production has begun.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Giebel Press is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Customs Holds & Delays
Occasionally, packages may be held and inspected by customs authorities. Giebel Press has no control over these delays. If your package is held, we recommend contacting your local postal service or customs office with your tracking number for assistance.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged in transit or appears to be lost, please notify us immediately at giebelpress@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as this may be required by the shipping carrier.
